Free shipping with purchases over 50€ ( except remote regions).

The shipping of products is done based to the volume, weight and the destination, with courier and collaborating transport companies to the whole Greece. In case of a customer collaborates with a different courier, we can send his order with his preferred courier service but only after a telephone conversation.

Minimum shipping charge of 3.00€ with courier

The delivery time of our products depends on the availability and is calculated to be 3-9 days for Greece.

In case of an order for some reason cannot be completed, ayemboutique.gr will contact with the customer and specify if the customer wants to complete his order.

Cancellation

sergenlidishome.gr provides a mechanism in case you want to cancel an order ( total or partial) that has been recorded. For a cancellation of an order ( total or partial) you have to send an email to info@sergenlidishome.gr or contact with our store via phone to 2531071697. The possibility of a cancellation is offered before we notify you for the shipment method.

Possibility of Return

You have the right to return the products that you bought, within 14 work days from the day you received them. In that case you will only get charged with the direct cost of the return.

Returns are accepted only if the products you want to return are in the same condition that you received them, the same packaging that you were given and with the receipt or invoice.
